Full Description

SYNOPSIS OF REPAIR OUTDOOR BASKETBALL COURTS Contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment (except government furnished containers), tools, materials, and other services necessary to repair outdoor basketball courts at Goodfellow AFB outside of Building 140, San Angelo, Texas in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Technical Exhibits. The acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990 and the small business size standard is $14 million. The magnitude of this project is greater than $25,000 and less than $100,000. Performance time shall not exceed 30 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP). The anticipated date for a site visit is 05 September 2011. Exact dates will be shown in the Request for Proposal (RFP) when posted on or about 05 September 2011. All requests for clarification relating to this RFP must be brought to the attention of the contract specialist TSgt Roderic Cockhern at (325) 654-4547, faxed to (325)-654-5149, or e-mailed to roderic.cockhern@goodfellow.af.mil. All offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive award. CCR information can be obtained at www.ccr.gov or calling 1-888-227-2423. Online Reps and Certs Application (ORCA) must also be completed prior to award. Additional information can be obtained at http://www.bpn.gov/.
