UPDATE 10 AUGUST 2026. The purpose of this is to incorporate Addendum 1 into the Plan Sheets and correct some administrative errors following the Questions and Answers Period. The Solicitation IS EXTENDED as a result of this amendment. The new Bid Opening will occur at 11:00 AM Local Time on 18 August 2026.
