This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Commercial Construction Services.

This is a solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR RFO Subpart 12.101, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Requirement Description: The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to Repair the Range Parking Area outlined in the Statement of Work at the Grayling Air-to-Ground (ATG) gunnery range, 10930 Steelgate Road, Frederic, MI 49733. The contractor shall perform work in accordance with A-E design drawings and standards specified in the contract. The contractor will provide construction services to construct complete and usable, parking, erosion control, and stormwater infrastructure.

Period of Performance: 365 Days after Notice to Proceed


Site Visit: An organized site visit for this requirement will occur on 28 July 2026 at 9:00 AM Local Time. The site visit is not at the Alpena CRTC, but is at the Grayling Air to Ground Range, 10930 Steelgate Road, Frederic, MI 49733. This will be the only site visit. No other site visits will be conducted.
