Repair Parts and Supplies

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is soliciting bids for replacement parts and supplies necessary to maintain and repair existing MetOne particulate matter (PM) air monitoring instruments as part of its state air monitoring network. The solicitation, numbered 582-26-15418, issued under NAICS code 423690, requires vendors to provide new, current-production components meeting specific MetOne part numbers or approved equivalents, including pump assemblies, pump tubing, digital signal cables, filter tapes (both Whatman and PTFE), HEPA filters, O-ring kits, flow sensors, and I/O wiring panels. All items must comply with OSHA standards and carry UL, FMRC, or NEMA listings where applicable. All goods must be shipped FOB destination, freight prepaid, and delivered during normal working hours to TCEQ’s Austin facility. Each order must include two copies of an itemized invoice referencing the TCEQ order number and be sent to the Air Monitoring Division in Austin. The State retains full rights to inspect goods at the vendor’s facility, reject nonconforming items, and revoke acceptance upon discovery of latent defects. Vendors are required to maintain public liability and worker’s compensation insurance if accessing TCEQ premises, provide a two-year warranty covering onsite parts and labor, and ensure technical support is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. TCEQ may terminate for default with written notice or for convenience with 30 days’ notice, and vendors must indemnify the State against claims. A business continuity plan must be in place
