This acquisition is a 100% Set-aside for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, (IFB) for The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, located at 1131 Chapel Crossing Road, Glynco (Brunswick), GA, is seeking a contractor capable of furnishing, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation in support of general construction, as follows: the work includes, but is not limited to carpet replacement, painting, door replacement, repair damaged drywalls, remove wallpapers, floor repairs, installation of desk and room furniture, testing of HVAC units, remove and replace ductworks, replace electrical outlets, replace and connect toilets, replace bathroom fixtures and provide room safe. Pre-proposal Conference/Site Inspection has been rescheduled from May 16, 2018 to May 22, 2018 at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time). Offerors who wish to inspect the proposed work site shall meet with the Government Representatives at the scheduled time and place. The site visit is not mandatory but offerors are highly encourage to attend. See Section L, Provision 52.236-27 Site Visit.
