PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project site is located in Longspur Lake, ON (46°09'47.1"N 81°41'50.3"W). Also known as “lang lake”. Longspur is located approximately 13 kilometers South of Espanola, Ontario. The purpose of this project is to repair the existing Government Wharf at the Longspur site. DURATION: It is anticipated the Contractor can perform and complete the onsite Work in approximately 5-7 weeks from October 15th 2023. CONDITIONAL SET-ASIDE UNDER THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT STRATEGY FOR INDIGENOUS BUSINESS (PSIB) This is an open tender. However, it will be conditionally set-aside under the Government of Canada’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) if two or more bids have been received by Indigenous businesses who are certified under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) criteria and who may be listed in the Government of Canada’s Indigenous Business Directory (Indigenous Business Directory).
