Full Description

Scope are the following: (1) Replacement of entire roof and wall panel system, (2) Replacement of entire acoustic ceiling system, (3) Replacement of interior window glass, (4) Replacement of interior single and double doors, (5) Replacement of VCT floor tiles, (6) Replacement of ceramic floor tiles, (7) Replacement of toilet partitions, (8) Replace approx. 20,943-sf sprinkler system, (9). Replace plumbing system and all supported accessories, (10). Replace 4-eautility set exhaust fans, (11) Replace 2-ea roll-up doors, (12). Replace 1-ea ACCU (2.5-tons), 1-ea FCU complete with all required accessories, (13) Installs new Electrical wiring System for new Roof Exhaust Fans, (14) Electrical Wiring System for Utility Set (Industrial Fan Blower), (15) Removed & Replace Existing Obsolete Fire Detection & Alarm System, with new Fire Detection & Alarm System, (16) Install new Electrical wiring System for ACCU & FCU. (17) Replacement of entire wall panel system, (18) Replacement of entire acoustic ceiling system, (19) Replacement of interior window glass, (20) update of labor/materials, (21) replacement of pre-action sprinkler system, (22) plumbing system,(23) Removal and installation of a Double Check Valve Assembly (DCVA) (24) Install 1-ea backflow preventer, size 1-1/2 inch dia. complete with fittings, pipes and all supported accessories. (25) adding off-island disposal cost, and (26) painting works.
