REPAIRS TO AIR FORCE DINING & RECREATION FACILITY, F-939

Scope of work will include: 1) Replace/repair the entire roofing system. 2) Replace entire exterior/ interior doors including frame and hardware. 3) Replace entire ceiling system. 4) Replace ceramic floor/ wall tiles. 5) Replace interior and exterior doors, roll-up doors. 6) Replace window glasses. 7)Replace fire suppression system at the kitchen area. 8) Replace 5-ea Air Curtains. 9) Install hot water storage tank complete with piping / support and mounting accessories. 10) Replace plumbing accesories to include 5 water closet, 16 lavatory, 1 drinking fountain, 3 mop sink, 1 urinal, 2 garbage disposal. 11) Installation of new hard wired appliances such as garbage disposal, convection oven, drawer warmer, milk dispenser, food table, glass door merchandiser, traulsen freezer, refrigerator, food warmer, heated food storage, blast chiller, fryer, mixer, dishwasher at the galley side. 12) Installation of a lead-free 1-1/2" Double Check Valve Assembly (DCVA) along the portable water line. 13) Replace 1-ea Main panel 1200AT. 14) Replace 15-ea Sub-Panels. 15) Install on designated relocation 1-ea Dry Type Transformer 750KVA, 480V-208Y/120V, 3phase, 4W, 60 hz including conduit, fitting and required accessories. 16) Replace 11-ea disconnect switches. 17) Replace 21-ea Combination magnetic Starter Disconnects. 18) Replace 4-ea Temperature Control panels (TCP). 19) Provide and install 6-ea CCTV camera, CCTV monitoring with complete accessories. 20) Upgrade the lighting system from 244-ea Fluorescent to LED type of Lighting fixtures. 21) Replace fire alarm control panel addressable complete with remote annunciators & local operating consoles, MNS Audio evacuation panel, peripheral devices, and other devices to complete the installation of the system. 22) Restore all disturbed surfaces incurred during performance of work.
