REPAIRS TO AIR OPS BLDG, F-301

Scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following; 1] Replace built-up roofing, remove / relocate furniture, repair external stairs and replace ladder at tower booth cubicle, single wooden access door assembly at all various rooms, bathrooms for men and women, storage rooms, double doors at main entrance, back of the building, mechanical room and one for tower entrance, Aluminium glass windows, vinyl tiles, aluminium Safety railing at tower booth cubicle, built up roof, gutter and downspouts, metallic canopy, replace acoustical tiles, re-plaster damaged walls, beams and roof surfaces and painting works on external and internal wall surface; 2] Install new cross main and branch line piping's complete with fittings, pipe support/hanger, brackets and all required accessories for approx. 4620-sf building; 3] Install new men /women toilet with wall mounted flush valve water closet (2-ea), sink (4-ea), lavatory (4-ea), shower (2-ea), complete with all required accessories; 4] Replace 1-ea electric water heater 50-gal;5]Remove 1-each roof exhaust fan located roof top of the building including all supporting accessories located men/ women's head;6] Replace existing electrical system connected to water heater storage tank.
