Project will perform the following: 1] Replace 4-ea interior doors including frame and hardware; 2] Replace entire gypsum ceiling system; 3] Replace entire VCT floor tiles; 4] Painting of new works; 5] Replace 1-ea metal sliding door; 6] Replace 256-sf wall metal louver; 7] Replace 2817-sf wall panel system including secondary framing; 8] Replace 2-ea exterior steel door; 9] Replace 2-ea metal frame windows; 10] Replace 230-sf (floor and wall) ceramic tiles; 11] Replace Obsolete Fire Alarm System; 12] Replace 7-ea High Pressure Sodium Lightings, 3-ea Exit Lights, 2-ea Emergency Lights and 2-ea Fluorescent Lighting fixture; 13] Replace Panelboard and all deteriorated electrical assets; 14] Replace approx. 4,164-sf wet type sprinkler system, 15] Replace Plumbing Fixtures (4ea) including 70-lf pipings/ fittings complete with all required accessories; 16] Replace 1-ea emergency eye wash/ shower station; 17] Replace 1-ea exhaust fan, side wall mounted complete with all supported accessories.
