Scope of work will perform the following: For F-718 (1) Replace entire interior/ exterior roof and wall panel including secondary framing, support and accessories; (2) Replace entire exterior/ interior doors including frame and hardware's; (3) Replace entire exterior metal wall mounted louver; (4) Replace entire window glass; (5) Replacement of entire acoustic ceiling system; (6) Replacement of entire VCT floor tiles; (7) Painting of new works; (8) Excavation, backfill and compaction for the electrical trench, (9) replace existing main power supply cables from STA 108 to facility; (10) replace Panelboard "A" including branch circuits and installation of new 60 AT panelboard "B"; (11) Installation of equipment power supply like for roll up doors, exhaust fan, supply fan and horizontal supply fan; (12) replace lighting system; (13) replace obsolete system 3 fire alarm system; and (14) grounding system; (15). Replace/modify approx. 8,000-sf pre-action sprinkler system, (16) Replace plumbing fixtures (4-ea) including pipes/fittings and all required accessories, (17) Replace approximately 8,000-sf galvanized steel exhaust air duct system including duct support / hanger (shall be strut channel), and all required accessories, (18) Install new 4-each 12' x 12' roll-up doors, (19) Install 3-ea new centrifugal in-line exhaust fan, and 1-ea supply fan explosion resistant belt drive motor with backdraft damper, hanging spring isolators, complete with all supported accessories, (20) Install 1-ea new exhaust fan, side wall mounted, (21) Replace 1-ea window type A/C unit. (22) Replace 6-ea new industrial fan blower complete with brace/support and all supported accessories, (23) Repair/ retrofit 6-ea badly corroded column bases include base plate and anchor bolts, (24) Provide shoring plan prior to the repair of structural column bases.
