Scope of work of the project is to provide support to repairs to NGIS 16 (F-1620) and mechanical building (F-1621). Repairs and alterations include replacing exterior metal doors and frames; installing gypsum wallboard on furring strips over existing CMU interior walls; vinyl wall covering on one of the sleeping room walls, ceramic floor and wall tiles in bathrooms; carpeting in sleeping rooms and closets, vinyl floor covering in storage areas, and quarry tile in room entries and laundries; replacing acoustic ceiling tiles; replacing bathroom plumbing fixtures; and replacing fire protection system, and lighting system. Repaint exterior and interior walls; Replace existing BUR with MREC.
