REPAIRS TO PIER UTILITY BLDG, F-428

Scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1] Replace 1-ea wall mounted exhaust fan complete with all required accessories; 2] Apply Mesh Reinforced Elastomeric Coating (MREC), 3] Replace entire interior/ exterior single/ double aluminum/ wooden doors, 4] Replace entire windows, 5] Replace acoustic ceiling system, 6] Replace VCT and Carpet floor tiles, 7] Replace ceramic floor tiles at the comfort room, 8] Repair of concrete spalling at concrete access stairs and cracks at the column near stair 9] Replace corroded disconnect switch connected to Water pump complete with accessories; 10] Replace floor mounted dry type step down transformer accessories; 11] Replace corroded Panelboard "L" complete with circuit breakers and accessories; 12] Replace 3-ea exterior lighting fixtures complete with accessories; 13] Replace 1-ea interior CFL lighting fixtures complete with accessories, 14] Replace 1-ea EXIT lighting fixtures complete with accessories; 15] Repair of toilet fixtures; 16] repair of sewage pipe line; 17] Replace existing window type ac with PACU; 18] Connection of non-potable water [19] Replace balcony and stair railings, and new railings at roof deck above pump room [20] Provide awning/ canopy at the stairs and guard rail wind breakers in polycarbonate sheets. [21] excavation for u/g water line.
