From ICAP inspection/validation and BUILDER generated deficiencies of the building. Project will perform the following: (1) Replace door and window assemblies, (2) Replace acoustical ceiling tile and grids, (3) Replace built-up asphalt roofing / Mrec complete with wooden nailers, roof and deck insulations, stainless metal flashing, gutter and down spout, (4) Sealant application of roof edge flashing, (5) Restoration of disturbed gypsum / CMU walls, asphalt road and concrete walkway, (6) Replace ACM ceramic tiles, cove base molding and mastic at head's room, (7) painting works, (8) Install Wet Pipe Sprinkler System at F-904 approx. 6,368-sq. ft. building, (9) Replace men /women toilet with wall mounted flush valve water closet (1-ea), wall mounted urinal (1-ea), lavatory (1-ea) and shower (1-ea) complete with all required accessories, (10) Replace plumbing pipes approximately 70-lf of 1-1/2" inch, 100-lf of 3/4-inch pipe complete with fittings and all required accessories, (11) Replace 1-ea new Water Heater, Residential, Electric, 15-gal and connect water supply inlet/outlet copper piping, (12) Replace 1-ea Backflow Preventer including fittings, pipes, elbows, stand /support and all supported accessories, (13) Replace 1-ea roof exhaust fan located in the roof top, serving rest room area, (14) Upgrade fire alarm system/ panel and devices, including the conduits, (15) Perform mandatory repair on all flange that is weeping during inspection, (16) Perform mandatory repair on all sliding pipe support that is welded directly to the stainless steel piping that was found out weeping during inspection, (17) Perform mandatory repair on all stainless steel pipe crack, (18) Replace 19 each TRV's and adjust the pressure rating to 230psig, (19) Provide 2 each 3/4" isolation ball valves and 1 each 3/4" test tee, (20) Install 1 each wooden pipe support adjacent to ball valve I36, downstream of F/S FSR-1, (21) Provide teflon isolation on all direct metal to metal contact with the u-
