Full Description

USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act of 1954, PL 83-566, as amended. NRCS is contracting for repairs to Salado Creek Watershed Site 15R, located approximately 1.5 miles northeast of the San Antonio International Airport, Bexar County, Texas. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and incidentals required to repair a single-purpose earthen embankment with a roller compacted concrete (RCC) stepped chute auxiliary spillway over the dam. The major items of work require grouting of cracks in the RCC and repositioning and grouting displaced rock in the riprap lined outlet channel in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings.
