REPAIRS TO UPH 23, F-171

Scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following; 1] Replace the entire 1-double aluminum doors Mech. room, 6-ft x 7-ft including frame, and materials accessories; 2] Replace the entire 3-interior single door, 3-ft x 7-ft launge, loundry and storage area including frame, and materials accessories; 3] Replace the entire 6-exterior single aluminium door,3-ft x 7-ft including frame, and materials accessories; 4] Remove the entire 48-interior single door, 3-ft x 7-ft including frame, and materials accessories; 5] Remove the exterior 27-glass windows with frame, 4-ft x 4-ft including frame, and accessories; 6] Remove the exterior 6-glass windows with frame, 3-ft x 4-ft including frame, and accessories; 7] Replace entire acoustical tile ceiling system with gypsum board ceiling system (9652-sf) at various rooms and other related accessories; 8] Replace floor ceramic tiles system bathrooms 9] Replace existing carpet covering composition at various room suites with new vinyl composition tiles; 10] Replace laminate plastic wall around bathroom areas; 11] Repair/ re-plaster damaged / spalled concrete at beams, slab, walls, and roof;12] Prepare roof surfaces, then install smooth surface built-up roofing system complete with asphalt primer, roof insulation with SBS-base interplay, modified bitumen, fiberglass roofing felt and cap sheets, and other required / related accessories; 13] Install new cross main and branch line piping's complete with fittings, pipe support/hanger, brackets and all required accessories for approx. 14,054-sf building; 14 ] Install new toilet with wall mounted flush valve water closet (25-ea), kitchen sink (7-ea), service sink (1-ea), lavatory (25-ea), shower (24-ea), complete with all required accessories; 15 ...
