This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price Contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, and is not a request for competitive quotes. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to: Adaptive Biotechnologies 1551 Eastlake Ave E, Ste 200 Seattle, WA 98102 For: Qty 9 of catalog#ISS20001 - ImmunoSEQ mmTCRB Service (Deep) Qty 3 of catalog#ISS40001 - ImmunoSEQ mmTCRB (Max Depth) Qty 3 of catalog#ISS30001 - ImmunoSEQ mmTCRB (Ultra Deep) Shipping, handling charges.
