Determination for Award 
The award was made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable 
(LPTA) source-selection methodology. All quotes received were evaluated for technical acceptability in accordance with the solicitation requirements. Among the vendors determined to be technically acceptable, American Classic Contstruction, Inc. submitted the lowest-priced acceptable offer.
