The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Replace Air Compressor - Field Maintenance Shop (FMS) 22 located at Field Maintenance Shop 22, 8410 Okinawa Street, Sacramento, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall replace the existing air compressor at the Field Maintenance Shop (FMS) 22, including demolition, furnishing and installing a new rotary screw air compressor, connecting it to the existing system, ensuring all electrical components are suitable, re-routing the condensate drain, replacing necessary valves and switches, and providing a complete working compressed air system, all in compliance with local, state, and federal codes, with a 5-year parts and labor warranty, and site cleanup. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB).

Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
