This synopsis serves as an announcement of the forthcoming acquisition:


The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service intends to solicit proposals for Operation and Mechanical Services in Piegan, MT


.


Offerors will be expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and subcontracts necessary to provide replacement of the drain field with Forced Septic Line to AX System, and related services described within the property line of the following locations.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 19.15, this potential acquisition is 100% Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238910, O&M Services and the small business size standard is $19.5 Million.
