This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Simplified procurement procedures will be used for this acquisition per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This requirement is also a 100% small business set-aside. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any amendments or other pertinent information. The solicitation number is N00173-13-Q-0162, and it is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is being set-aside as a Total Small Business set aside under NAICS code 333415. REQUIREMENT: The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for the following: REPLACE HEPA FILTERS THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH AND INSTALL ALUMINUM FRAME HEPA FILTERS CONSISTING OF, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND MATERIALS INCIDENTALLY NECESSARY TO REPLACE 422 HEPA FILTERS, REMOVAL AND CLEANING OF EXISTING GEL FROM TRACKS, INSTALL NEW GEL FOR NEW FILTERS, AND TEST/CERTIFY HEPA UNITS UTLIZING 0.3 UM LATEX SPHERES. COMPLETE SCOPE OF WORK AND DRAWINGS ARE ATTACHED. ITEMS MUST BE BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS ARE ON THE SF-18 REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) ATTACHED TO THIS POSTING.
