The scope of this project are the following but not limited to: 1. Drain and empty the 3-ea 10" for JP-5, 3-ea 10" for F-76, 2-ea 6" for IFO and 1-ea 6" for MUR pipelines that run under the POL Pier. 2. Perform lead remediation on existing IFO pipelines. 3. Remove and provide 3-ea 10" JP-5, 3-ea 10" F-76, and 1-ea 6" MUR lateral pipelines that run under the POL Pier Deck complete with hanger supports, stripping lines, and all required accessories. 4. Remove permanently portion of 2-ea 8" IFO lateral pipeliness than run under the POL Pier Deck. Blank-off pipe point of disconnection by blind flange cap. 5. Provide high-performance paint on all fuel pipelines and supports. 6. Repair affected concrete during operation. Blank-off abandoned concrete slab penetrations. 7. Provide Certified Industrial Hygienist and other Technical Representatives/ Specialist for System Testing & Commissioning, Welding Inspection, and Protective Coating. 8. Perform weld testing and hydrostatic testing to the new pipeline systems. 9. Provide all required signage, equipment and its operator to perform and accomplish all tasks.
