No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to rebuild the parking lot servicing buildings 735 and 765 in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. The existing failed parking lot will be removed and a new parking lot will be constructed in its place. Sidewalks adjacent to the parking lot will be made ADA compliant. The new parking lot will be graded to allow storm water to sheet flow off of the parking lot to two new storm water ponds that will be constructed as part of this project. There will be incidental utility and landscaping work included in this project as well. The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
