Full Description

This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.2. This ACQUISITION is set aside for HUBZone small business concerns. The NAICS code is 237310 and the Size Standard is $36.5M. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFAR 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM); the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. Repair by replacement existing degraded asphalt pavement and broken concrete gutters at the North Entrapment area. The existing asphalt pavement has an estimated pavement condition index (PCI) of 45 which is unsatisfactory. The pavement has area of base failures and requires full removal and replacement of the base and asphalt pavement. Existing gutter types and shall be replaced in kind. The contractor is responsible for supplying all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to accomplish all associated task involved with this project. The location of this work will be performed at Schriever AFB, Colorado in the Restricted Area. The 50th Contracting Squadron intends to award a contract with a 40 day period of performance for this project after Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. NOTES: 1. The solicitation with the official specifications and drawings will be available on the GPE on or about 16 March 2017 posted at https://www.fbo.gov. The tentative date for the receipt of proposals is 31 March 2017. A physical site visit for this project will be scheduled for all potential offerors, the time and date is yet to be determined but will be listed in the official solicitation. Physical copies of the solicitation and all accompanying specifications will not be provided. All documents for this project will be uploaded to https://www.fbo.gov. 2. The contractor shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 and acknowledge and/or sign all amendments at the time and place specified in the solicitation for receipt of proposals. There will not be a public opening. All proposals shall be delivered in the method and by the time specified in the SF 1442. Proposals delivered shall be marked to show the offeror's name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time the proposals are due. 3. Contractors shall be capable of securing bonding for the total proposed amount. 4. Contractors that are debarred or suspended are excluded from receiving contracts.
