DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools and materials necessary to remove the existing wood shingles, felt, flashing and drip edge from the mansard roof and replace with new flashing, drip edge, felt and Government-Furnished, Contractor-Installed asphalt shingles on the Clinch Ranger District Office, located in the town of Wise, VA (Wise County), off of US 23, in accordance with all attached terms, conditions, specifications and drawings. GOVERNMENT PRICE ESTIMATE: Less than $25,000 SITE LOCATION: Clinch Ranger District Office, 9416 Coeburn Mountain Road, Coeburn, VA 24293. Phone: +1 (555) 000-0000. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Contract time will be 30 calendar days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry and must have completed a profile in the Online-Representations and Certifications database prior to award of a contract. Registration may be completed on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/.
