THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office has a requirement replace the roof for a USDA facility in East Grand Forks, MN. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation and performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for fire alarm upgrade. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000-$500,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The Request for Proposal (RFP), 12805B20R0014, may be issued on or around July 16. The requirement will be set-aside for 100% for Total Small Business, under NAICS Code 238160, Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $16.5M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is 120 days. The RFP will be accessible via https://beta.sam.gov/ in the - Contracting Opportunities section. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8.
