Bethlehem Housing Authority will receive sealed bids, in duplicate, for replacing sprinkler systems at Monocacy Tower (11 stories) and Litzenberger House (8 stories) until Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 11:00 AM at which time all bids will be electronically opened. Contractors shall submit bids electronically on the PennBid site. A Certified Check, payable to the Bethlehem Housing Authority, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, secured by a Surety Company which appears in the Department of Treasury Circular #570, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds.
