The scope of work were based on the information and analysis obtained by BOSC DG Technical Consultation dated August 2021. Project will perform the following: For the under ground steam pipeline: (1) Replace with new 6-in. A53B Schedule 40 Galvanized Coated Roll Groove Welded Carbon Steel SRL Pipe under ground pipeline approx. 4200-lf steam outlet and condensate inlet pipeline complete with all fittings, valves, and all required accessories, (2) Replace with new foam insulation and new stainless steel cladding approx. 2100-lf complete with sealants and all required accessories on the steam outlet piping assembly, (3) Replace with new foam insulation and new stainless steel cladding approx. 2,100-lf complete with sealants and all other required accessories on the condensate inlet piping assembly. For the above ground steam pipeline: (4) Replace with new 6-in. A53B Schedule 40 Galvanized Coated Roll Groove Welded Carbon Steel SRL Pipe above ground pipeline approx. 460-lf steam outlet and condensate inlet pipeline complete with all fittings, valves, and all required accessories, (5) Replace with new foam insulation and new stainless steel cladding approx. 230-lfcomplete with sealants and all required accessories on the steam outlet piping assembly (6) Replace with new foam insulation and new stainless steel cladding approx. 230-lf complete with sealants and all required accessories on the steam condensate piping assembly, For underground trenching/ excavation: (7) Saw-cutting portion of secondary road, (8) Trenching / excavation work for underground utilities, include backfilling of trench with sand cushion and excavated earth, and (9) Restoration of affected secondary concrete roads.
