Full Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Replace Storefront Doors - Fresno Armory located at Fresno Armory, 5565 East Airways Blvd, Fresno, CA 93727. Work to include: The contractor will demo and replace store front doors with the same number of doors and style.. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to contact@example.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 32525 - DO NOT OPEN.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 8/29/2024, at 1:00 PM at Fresno Armory, 5565 East Airways Blvd, Fresno, CA 93727. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Joy Lubic at contact@example.gov.
Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-17 Glazing Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic, at contact@example.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 9/5/2024. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 32525.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 9/19/2024 at 2:00 PM.
