Project will perform the following: 1]. Install new 32-ton bridge crane according to manufacturer's instruction complete with parts /accessories, 2]. Remove/ re-install existing hooded roof propeller exhaust fan including its controls, roof curb, auto belt tensioner, backdraft damper, bird screen and safety guard prior for the replacement of existing bridge crane, 3]. Remove/ re-install all branch line pipings, fittings, brace/support, hanger, sprinkler heads and all supported accessories for approx. 13,298-sf building in a way of replacement of bridge crane, 4]. Install new rails for the new 32-ton bridge crane complete with all associated accessories, 5]. Remove and re-install all affected LED Floodlights, exhaust fan, conduits, wires, fittings and accessories (additional electrical materials are required), 6]. Replace existing disconnect switch of Overhead Crane complete with power supply, 7]. Removal and reinstallation of all affected roofing system, and 8]. Installation of metal plate support to existing columns to increase capacity.
