SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 61st Contracting Flight, Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below:


The purpose of this effort is to procure a commercial dishwasher and connected equipment. The acquisition strategy will be determined based on responses received from this notice and/or other market research methods.


The government is seeking experienced companies for the following scope of work:


The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary for installation of a dishwasher system at South Bay Bar & Grill, Building #270 located at Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, California


The Contractor will ship and store the equipment at Los Angeles AFB prior to installation, uninstall existing sink, dish machine, and tables, move the old equipment for disposal, and unload and install new equipment as defined in this salient characteristic document.  


Directions


  • New equipment to ship and be stored safely at Los Angeles AFB prior to installation.
  • Uninstall existing sink, dish machine and tables.
  • Move equipment to dock for disposal by Los Angeles AFB.
  • Uncrate new equipment shown above and set in place.
  • Install new side loader and connect to dishwasher.
  • Connect new duct work to dishwasher.
  • Make final connections to all proper sized utilities within 5ft.
  • Start up and test for proper operation.

The Contractor shall provide the following: commercial conveyor dishwasher, disposer, clean dish table, Soiled L Shaped dish table, and three compartment sinks. Please refer to the salient characteristic document for specifications.


The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 333310.


The Product Service Code is 7320.


Responses shall include Capabilities Statement with the following information:


  1. Company’s experience performing the work outlined in the salient characteristic document as attached (indicate whether as a prime or subcontractor). Provide a brief description of the project, customer name, and dollar value of the project.
  2. Provide Company’s Business Size-LB, SB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or WOSB.
  3. List the Company’s CAGE Code and NAICS codes.
  4. Any questions you may have about this acquisition. If there are any errors, such as the North American Industry Classification System and Product Service Code, please let us know.

Documentation on technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this project. Refer to the draft salient characteristics document.  It is imperative that business concerns responding to this communication articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
