Z--Replacement of 3 HVAC Systems, TN and KY

This procurement is a firm fixed price, 100% small business set-aside solicitation under NAICS code 238220 for the cyclic replacement of three HVAC systems at facilities within the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area located in Tennessee and Kentucky. The work encompasses the removal of existing units and installation of new packaged units and split-system heat pumps, including all necessary electrical connections, refrigerant line sets, condensate drainage, sealed penetrations, and full startup and testing to ensure continuous cooling for the IT room. The contractor must comply with the National Electrical Code, maintain a minimum 14 SEER or current DOE efficiency standard, and use R-410A or the latest industry-standard refrigerant. Performance must be completed within 45 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with work anticipated between July and August 2026, and performance windows extending from July 30 to October 30, 2026.
