Full Description

RFP may be released on July 9, 2012. Not Set Aside for Small Business In accordance with FAR 36.206 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects; the range for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation is Firm Fixed Price. The contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies and services (including overhead, profit, delivery, taxes and miscellaneous expenses) to remove and replace two chillers in the most economical means possible with the most efficiency possible. (see scope of work for more details). The unit price paid to the Contractor shall be considered as payment in full for services provided under this contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation, etc required to complete the installation in accordance with the Scope of Work. Evaluation factors are approximately equal to costs or price. An organized site visit has been scheduled for July 18, 2012 at 9:00 am at the following address. Phoenix Indian Medical Center (Engineering Department Library) 4212 N. 16th Street Phoenix, AZ 85016 Participants shall coordinate their site visits with the Contract Specialist, Brian G.
