SYNOPSIS: The project work site is the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN), Buildings #251-#252, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county). All work shall be performed in accordance with USCG specifications, drawings, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions of the contract. The project work includes but is not limited to the following: The removal of all the indicated doors, jambs, fixed transoms, thresholds and associated hardware. Replacement of indicated entrance doors, jambs, and fixed transoms with steel and glass members. Replacement of fascia, door thresholds and associated hardware. Necessary touch-up painting and repairs to adjacent walls, floors, and ceilings. The Contractor shall complete installation of each new set of doors before starting the next replacement doors. Mobilization, demobilization and clean up. Provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work. Period of Performance shall be 60 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated BETWEEN $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 and is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238290 with a size standard of $14M. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency.
