Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ), if you would like to submit a proposal please see the attached Scope of works and clauses for the items requested and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form SF-1449, attached hereto. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order following the procedures outlined in this RFQ. We intend to award a purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The site visit is a part of the scope of work and will be scheduled on Monday July 18, 2016 at 12:00am. Please provide your full name to the below e-mail two days prior to this date.
