Université du Québec à Montréal ci-après nommée le Propriétaire, ayant son siège au 1430, rue Saint-Denis, H2X 3J8, Montréal, Québec, demande des soumissions pour la reprise de l'installation des 114 fenêtres installées aux niveaux R, 1, 2 et 3 donnant sur la façade principale du pavillon de l'Entrepreneuriat et de l'innovation (C), situé au 1250, rue Sanguinet, à Montréal. Les travaux comprennent, sans s'y limiter: - La désinstallation et réinstallation de toiles solaires et des tablettes de bois existantes; - La désinstallation et réinstallation des fenêtres existantes (cadrage et vitrage); - Les travaux d’isolation et d’étanchéité; - La réparation ponctuelle de maçonnerie; - Les travaux de réparation des finis intérieurs; - Les travaux de peinture; - Assistance aux essais de performance; - Divers travaux électromécaniques, dont la protection ou l’enlèvement temporaire de certaines plinthes électriques nécessaires au parachèvement complet de l'Ouvrage; - Les travaux de démolition, protection, ragréage et autres nécessaires au parachèvement complet de l'Ouvrage. Le Contrat comprend la récupération de certains équipements existants et leur réinstallation. Les travaux impliquent également tous les travaux connexes mais sans s’y limiter : aménagement et nettoyage du site, ouvrage de protection temporaire, réparations et modifications des ouvrages d’aménagements intérieurs existants, travaux de jointement, de réparation et percements requis, la correction des déficiences, la démobilisation et le ménage final. L'Entrepreneur doit considérer que, selon le calendrier des travaux, l'exécution d'une partie de l'ouvrage devra être fait en conditions hivernales. Les travaux seront réalisés en 3 phases: la première phase consiste en des travaux pour démonter et réinstaller un groupe de fenêtres et les réinstaller conformément aux plans et devis. Les essais de performance seront ensuite réalisés par une firme externe et, seulement lorsque les essais seront réussis, les travaux des phases 2 et 3 pourront débuter. Voir F-A052 pour le phasage des travaux. L’Entrepreneur doit considérer que les usagers et occupants du bâtiment poursuivront leurs activités durant les travaux. L’Entrepreneur devra agir de façon à minimiser les inconvénients aux usagers et personnel. L’Entrepreneur devra s’assurer que les usagers auront accès aux locaux et aux aménagements dans un climat sécuritaire, salubre et sans discontinuité. Ceci inclut tous les travaux d’aménagement, tous les travaux de démolition, protection, ragréage et autres nécessaires au parachèvement complet de l’Ouvrage et tous les travaux connexes tels : aménagement et nettoyage du site, ouvrage de protection temporaire, réparations et modifications des ouvrages d’aménagements intérieurs existants. Tous les travaux de jointement, de réparation, percement, requis pour les travaux des présentes sont inclus. L’Entrepreneur aura l’entière responsabilité du contrôle des accès aux lieux, du chantier. Dans les situations où l’Entrepreneur doit exécuter des travaux ailleurs dans le bâtiment ou dans les cas où il doit procéder à des coupures de services électromécaniques, il le fera en dehors des heures normales d’occupation par les usagers, d’après les autorisations du Propriétaire. Enfin, l’Entrepreneur aura l’entière responsabilité de la santé, de la sécurité et de la protection temporaire au chantier. L'Entrepreneur doit exécuter ses travaux selon les séquences prévu à l’article 3.2 des « Conditions générales complémentaires et/ou particulières » et coordonner ses horaires de travail avec le Propriétaire en considérant les restrictions relatives aux travaux bruyants. Le Contrat subséquent au présent avis d'appel d'offres comporte des options sous la forme de prix séparés inclus / prix unitaires détaillés aux annexes A.1 et A.2 et dans le Devis descriptif. Les Documents d’appel d’offres pourront être obtenus uniquement par l’intermédiaire du système électronique d’appel d’offres SEAO (www.seao.ca) et seront disponibles à compter du 19 février 2026. Toute personne ou entreprise s'étant procurée les Documents d’appel d’offres et qui ne présente pas de soumission s'engage à compléter le formulaire « Questionnaire de non-participation » inclus dans les Documents d’appel d’offres à l’annexe U et transmettre celui-ci à l’UQAM à l'attention de Karine Tanguay par courriel au tanguay.karine@uqam.ca. Les Soumissions devront être accompagnées d’un cautionnement de soumission délivré par une Institution financière, tel que défini à l’article 12 du Règlement sur les contrats de travaux de construction des organismes publics (RLRQ, c. C-65.1, r.3) et établi à 10 % de la valeur de la Soumission valide pour une période de quarante-cinq (45) jours de la date d’ouverture des Soumissions. Afin de restreindre les déplacements, l’UQAM suggère fortement aux Soumissionnaires d’avoir recours au dépôt d’une soumission par voie électronique. Le Soumissionnaire doit également prévoir des délais de livraison par poste ou par messagerie qui sont plus élevés. Il est de sa responsabilité de prendre les précautions nécessaires afin de respecter la date et heure limite pour le dépôt d’une soumission.
