The following Request for Information (RFI) is being submitted only to General Services Administration (GSA) 8(a) contractors for their review and response. Vendor comments / questions regarding the attached RFI are being solicited to improve the understanding of the government requirements and industry capabilities. Specifically, your comments are requested regarding the clarity and feasibility of the requirements as described on the attached RFI, as well as the availability of reference documents and identification of data requirements. The comments / questions submitted by the GSA 8(a) contractors will not be published for vendor review, but will instead be utilized to determine whether the RFI (as written) sufficiently describes the government's requirements and to identify areas that require further clarification and/or government provided information. This announcement constitutes a RFI for solely information and pricing structure information purposes only. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) at Glynco, Georgia under the Department of Homeland Security is seeking contractors who are interested in providing commercial services to support the Enterprise IT Help Desk Support requirements of the FLETC. This notification is an RFI to identify potential contractors who have the skills, experience, and knowledge required to successfully complete this effort for FLETC and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement will be accomplished. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB) and FLETC is also seeking suggestions on structuring of pricing. All costs incurred by the contractor in responding to this request for information will be covered by the contractor. The Government does not intend to pay for any cost incurred by the contractor in providing this information. The contractor will be required to verify to the Government that the services to be supplied meet or exceed the expectations required for sustainment of the tactical communications equipment in the DHS inventory.
