Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management and comply with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements under DFARS 252.204-7021. Deliverables include software test reports, computer software products, and system security plans. Invoicing must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. Offers are due by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on October 26, 2026, and should be submitted electronically to the primary point of contact, Trista Ray.
