Solicitation FA252126QB110 is a firm-fixed price request for quote issued by the United States Space Force to provide busing transportation services for the Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler event at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside under NAICS code 485510. The contract structure includes a base year with four potential one-year options extending through 2030. To ensure operational success, all drivers must complete mandatory day and night dry run training events by the first full week of December. Due to the location of performance at Patrick SFB and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, drivers must be US citizens and capable of passing background checks to obtain necessary installation access credentials. Award will be based on the best value to the government, evaluating price, technical performance, delivery timeline, and past performance. Payments will be processed electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow. Responses are due by October 28, 2026, and must be submitted via email to the designated contracting officer and specialist.
