Request for Information The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing an Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES) system meeting the attached draft minimum requirements. This notice is issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. It is not a solicitation, request for quotation, or request for proposal. Responses are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government.
