The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal is conducting a Sources Sought Notice to gather market intelligence on the availability and capabilities of vendors capable of supplying the Attenuator, Variable with National Stock Number 5985-01-129-5991. This effort, identified by Solicitation Number PANDTA-26-P-0000031230, is strictly for government planning purposes and is not a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The agency is seeking responses from both small and large businesses to assess manufacturing capabilities, production lead times, and locations, as well as experience with first article testing and the implementation of independently certified quality management systems. Participation is voluntary, with no compensation provided, and the government does not encourage inquiries.
