The 72d Air Base Wing Communications Directorate at Tinker Air Force Base is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI-ADBSSS-2026-01) to gather industry input on comprehensive Application, Database, and Server Support Services. This RFI, issued under FAR 15.201(e), is not a solicitation for proposals or a commitment to award a contract but is intended solely to inform future acquisition planning by assessing market capabilities in IT service delivery. Respondents are asked to describe their abilities to provide on-site support at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, covering areas such as application development and sustainment using .NET, C#, Oracle, and MS SQL Server; database administration with STIG hardening and high-availability configurations; server administration across Windows, Linux, and Solaris in physical and virtual environments; cybersecurity support including RMF, eMASS, and ATO compliance; quality assurance through UAT and TFS; configuration management; and business intelligence reporting via QLIK and IBM Cognos. Services must align with DoD 8140/8570 certification standards, STIGs, ACAS, and other federal cybersecurity frameworks, and support both on-premises and cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and DISA STRATUS. Respondents must submit responses via email to Gerald Mosley and Simon Montalvo by 4:00 PM CDT on June 12, 2026, with submissions limited to 20 single-sided pages in Word or PDF format and must include the RFI number in the subject line. Marketing materials are prohibited. The response must state the company’s size under NAICS code 541512 and include any applicable socio-economic designations such as 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business, HUBZone, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. While the RFI references FAR 52.219-14 regarding limitations on subcontracting, it does not contain binding contract clauses, pricing data, evaluation factors, or award criteria. No funding, contract value, or period of performance is established, as this is purely an information-gathering effort. The insights collected will be used to refine the government’s approach to cost, schedule, and performance in a potential future solicitation. Submission does not obligate the government to proceed with an acquisition, and no formal contract or award will result from this RFI.
