The Naval Sea Systems Command intends on issuing an unrestricted solicitation for the acquisition of the Navy's Fleet Replenishment Oiler Replacement (T-AO(X)) in FY15. The T-AO(X) will replace the U.S. Navy's legacy T-AO 187 Class Fleet Oilers, providing fuel and cargo delivery to support a full range of Fleet operations.
