Request for Information (RFI)

This Request for Information (RFI) is for information and planning purposes only. THIS NOT A SOLICITATION. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research and gather information from industry. Any information provided in response to this RFI is purely voluntary. This RFI does not form any binding agreements nor will the Government reimburse any costs associated with providing a response to this RFI. This RFI does not guarantee issuance of a solicitation. The Defense Logistics Agency - Troop Support Europe & Africa is seeking information to assist in acquisition planning for the upgrade and refurbishment of a fire training facility located in Aviano, Italy. The upgrade and refurbishment may include the purchase and installation of insulation panels, temperature-monitoring systems, and smoke distribution systems. The facility is required to be in full compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards applicable to live fire training. Interested parties that wish to respond should address each area listed below: - 1. Name and Address of Company - 2. DUNS Number and CAGE Code - 3. Please provide information on your company's experience and expertise as it pertains to NFPA Code Standards and its applicability to fire training facilities. If applicable, please provide information on your company's experience working with/on OCONUS military installations and/or U.S. occupied facilities owned by foreign governments. - 4. What products does your company offer that might meet this requirement? - 5. Please identify any constraints, limitations, and/or other information that should be taken into consideration.
