Purpose. The Government is performing market research only. At this time, there is no approved acquisition strategy nor determination that the acquisition should be a small business set aside. The information obtained will assist USSF in determining whether there are efficiencies and benefits which makes it advantageous to the Government to combine the two requirements or if it is best to leave as separate. Your response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not be shared with anyone outside the Government. Background. Delta 8, 10 SOPS The 10th Space Operations Squadron (10 SOPS) is a component under Delta 8 headquartered at Point Mugu, CA.
