The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division issued this Request for Information to conduct market research for engineering services, technical support, spares, and repairs for Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program Block 3 systems. The scope of work focuses on the production, integration, and testing phases necessary for the delivery of AN/SLQ-32(V)7 systems to the Fleet. While the government is seeking information on company capabilities, facilities, and prior performance, it intends to pursue this effort on a sole source basis due to a lack of complete technical data and the desire to avoid duplicative costs and schedule delays. Interested parties were required to submit company literature, white papers, and budgetary cost estimates by April 10, 2020. To be considered, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management and the Joint Certification Program. This announcement served as a market survey and did not constitute a formal solicitation or a commitment of funding, though a Request for Proposal was anticipated around June 15, 2020.

Responses should include a description with performance parameters and a statement of current availability, summary of prior testing, test reports, a budgetary cost estimate, production units, production quantity breaks and a lead-time of the solution.
