The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI)  for Wrist Watch National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101(c) (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-09). 


GSA is currently gathering information for a prospective acquisition that could result in the creation of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), which is anticipated to consist of a one-year base period and nine (9) one-year option periods.


Participation in this request is entirely voluntary, and any information provided by respondents is submitted on a voluntary basis. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does it obligate the Government to any specific acquisition strategy, nor does it restrict future procurement approaches. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the RFI or otherwise pay for the information requested.  Responses will be treated as information only and not as a proposal nor quote. The Government will not award a contract based on the feedback received from this RFI, nor will it provide reimbursement for costs associated with the preparation of submissions or the subsequent use of provided information.
