Request For Information-"Syndicated Data Core Services"

The Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground is issuing a Request for Information to conduct market research on the availability of commercial capabilities to deliver Syndicated Data Core Services in support of the Defense Commissary Agency. This RFI seeks industry input on established SaaS platforms, commercial consulting, and data feeds across thirteen severable Areas of Interest, including syndicated point-of-sale data, shopper behavior analytics, economic modeling for savings calculations, geospatial competitor intelligence, SNAP compliance data, and integration with DeCA’s SAP-based ARTS system. The goal is to enable DeCA to fulfill its legislative mandate of providing patrons with savings compared to the commercial marketplace, with services required across all 235 commissary locations worldwide, including CONUS, OCONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
