Full Description

The purpose of this "Change, dated 9/21/15" is to provide an answer to a question regarding the RFI and post the applicable USCG drawings identified in the original notice. Question: Can you tell us if the lifting equipment requested is an overhead travelling crane, for interior use? This is what the drawing appears to show, but we would like to check just to be sure. USCG Answer: Yes. An overhead traveling crane closely resembles existing shoreside Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and is believed the best available solution, but respondents are welcome to provide suggestions for other alternatives the Coast Guard may be unaware of.
