The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract sole source to Eaton Industrial Corporation (Cage Code 72429 ) for an Hose Reel Assembly.
The Hose Reel Assembly is designed, qualified and manufactured by Eaton Industrial Corporation, who is now known as Mission Systems Davenport Inc. (a.k.a Eaton Mission Systems Davenport Inc.), Cage 72429. The Hose Reel Assembly is a non-commercial item. The Hose Reel Assembly is not under the configuration control of the Government.
The manufacturing data was not purchased by the Government and Eaton Mission Systems Davenport Inc. is not willing to sell the data to the Government. The Government does not have a complete data package to facilitate competitive procurement of the Hose Reel Assembly.
