Qualifying transit routes must have paired route service (service in opposite directions during all posted service times) during business hours. Only trips in one direction are counted towards the threshold. If a qualifying transit route has multiple stops within the required walking distance, only trips from one stop are counted towards the threshold. Transit service must be existing, or the Offeror must demonstrate to the Lease Contracting Officer’s reasonable satisfaction that such transit service will exist by the Government’s required occupancy date.
  • All interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, rental rate offered, number of parking spaces offered, and the contact information of an authorized representative.
  • All interested parties must submit either evidence of ownership of the Offered Building or written authorization to represent the owner(s) of the Offered Building.
